About Springs Plumbing Pros

We are a residential plumbing and drain company working Colorado Springs and El Paso County. You get a flat price in writing before work starts, a text with your plumber's name and an arrival window, and a clean job site at the end. The emergency line is answered around the clock.

What we do

Residential plumbing and drain work from the water meter to the fixture. Water heaters, tank and tankless. Drain cleaning with a cable or a jetter. Leak detection and repair, including slab and in-wall leaks. Sewer line camera inspections, root removal, lining and replacement. Water softeners and filtration. Fixtures, toilets, disposals, shutoff valves and hose bibs.

We are set up for houses and small residential buildings rather than large commercial projects. That focus is deliberate, because the equipment, the parts on the van and the way we schedule are all built around getting a household back to normal the same day.

How a job runs

You call or book online and describe what the water is doing. We hold same-day slots every morning for the calls that cannot wait: no hot water, an active leak, a main line backing up.

Before the visit you get a text with your plumber’s name and an arrival window, so you are not giving up a whole day to a four hour guess.

Your plumber diagnoses the problem, shows you what they found and explains it in plain terms. Then you get one flat price for the repair, in writing. That number covers parts and labor and it holds even if the job takes longer than we thought. Nothing starts until you approve it.

When the work is done we test it properly, pull and close any permit the job calls for, and put the room back the way we found it. Payment comes at the end.

What you can hold us to

A written quote before work starts, and a price that does not move once you have agreed it.

An arrival window you get told about in advance, and a message if anything changes.

Shoe covers at the door and drop cloths around the work, with the area vacuumed and wiped before we leave. The old fixture and all the packaging go out in our truck.

A workmanship warranty on every repair we make, and manufacturer coverage registered to your address on parts we supply.

An honest answer when the right advice is to spend less. If a water heater can be repaired, we will tell you so. If a line can be cleaned rather than replaced, we will say that too, and we will tell you how long that is likely to buy you.

Permits, inspections and licensing

Pikes Peak Regional Building Department is the permitting and inspection authority for Colorado Springs and most of El Paso County. Water heater replacements, sewer line work, repipes and new rough-in plumbing generally need a permit and an inspection. We pull it, book the inspector, meet them on site and hand you the closed paperwork. The fee is on your quote before you approve anything.

Colorado licenses plumbers and plumbing contractors at state level through the Department of Regulatory Agencies. You are entitled to ask any plumber, including ours, to confirm their license before work begins.

Coverage

Colorado Springs and El Paso County. Move-in and move-out plumbing checks for families arriving at or leaving Fort Carson and Peterson Space Force Base get a same-week slot, with a written report and photographs you can use in a walkthrough.

Common questions

What areas do you cover?

Colorado Springs and the surrounding El Paso County, from Monument at the north end down through Briargate, Northgate, downtown and the Old North End, out to Manitou Springs, and south to Security-Widefield and Fountain. If you are unsure whether your address is in, call and ask. We will tell you straight rather than booking a visit we cannot reach.

Is the price really fixed before you start?

Yes. Your plumber diagnoses the problem, explains it, and gives you one number covering parts and labor for the fix. You approve that number before any tool comes out of the van. If the job turns out to be bigger than expected, that is our problem. If it turns out to need different work entirely, we stop and requote before continuing.

Do you charge to come out?

There is a diagnostic charge on calls where finding the fault is the work, such as leak detection or an intermittent problem with no obvious cause. It is quoted before we come out and credited against the repair when you go ahead. Straightforward quotes for planned work like a water heater or a softener are free.

What happens if something goes wrong after you leave?

Call us. Our workmanship carries a warranty and we come back to put it right. Parts we supply keep their manufacturer coverage, registered to your address so you are not hunting for a receipt years later. If a repair we made has failed, sorting it out takes priority over new bookings.

Can I get an itemized invoice for insurance?

Yes, and we write them expecting an adjuster to read them. Each invoice sets out the work done, the parts used and the cause where we can establish it. After a burst pipe or a sewage back-up that documentation is often what decides how a claim goes, so it is worth asking for photographs as well. We take them on every job of that kind.
